As the Associate Analyst, Customer Accounts, you will act as the liaison between customer and carrier for the claims management process. What you'll do on a typical day:

• Work with carriers and customer to issue, monitor and reject claims


• Provide prompt feedback and updates on open carrier claims to the customer


• Monitor and report KPI's and provide internal updates on process


• Problem resolution for claims to include follow up communication


• Monitor the claims mailbox for new claims; log entries onto the current claims and claims progress spreadsheets


• Update current claims, claims progress and carrier acknowledgement received in the mail/email box


• Check daily for new problem resolution reports

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience


• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Experience in the transportation field


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
