Please Note: This position is part-time but the successful candidate could be considered for full-time opportunities should they come available. With that in mind, open availability is preferred. Excellent customer service skills are a must! Part-time positions are usually scheduled 25 to 29 hours a week.
Our stores and our Retail Centers will be open 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sundays.
OBJECTIVE:
The Softlines Associate is responsible for processing donated textile items such as clothing, linens and towels. The Softlines Associate will ensure that all items meet Goodwill’s quality standards, sorting the items according to department area, pricing and sizing the items and placing them onto the sales floor according to store standards. Working in both the production area and the sales floor, the Softlines Associate may also come in contact with customers and will need to provide excellent customer service displaying an “Attitude of Gratitude” in order to support the mission of the organization.
