As a receptionist, your goal is to serve and provide superior support to patients while working hand-in-hand with dentists, dental assistants, and the team leader to ensure patient treatment time is maximized.duties
A few specific duties you can expect to perform:

• Patient scheduling and confirmation


• Dental health records


• Maintaining patient accounts


• Insurance eligibility


• Direct customer service


• General housekeeping and maintain office stock levels as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma


• 2 years office experience desired


• Legible handwriting


• Bi-lingual Spanish and English


• Basic Computer skills
