Please Note: This position will require working on the Sales Floor. Excellent customer service skills are a must! Part-time positions are usually scheduled 25 to 29 hours a week. Various Schedules are available. Tell us about your availability! We can be flexible if you can be consistent.
Our Retail Centers will soon be open 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sundays.
OBJECTIVE:
The Softlines Associate is responsible for processing donated textile items such as clothing, linens and towels. The Softlines Associate will ensure that all items meet Goodwill’s quality standards, sorting the items according to department area, pricing and sizing the items and placing them onto the sales floor according to store standards. Working in both the production area and the sales floor, the Softlines Associate may also come in contact with customers and will need to provide excellent customer service displaying an “Attitude of Gratitude” in order to support the mission of the organization.
