Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Take an active role in daily business driving activities, with consistent presence on the retail & salon floors


• Assist in attracting, developing and retaining talent to achieve goals related to staffing 


• Support the General Manager in achieving weekly, monthly and annual revenue budgets related to salon & spa and retail


• Work with all team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience

• 2+ years retail and/or salon experience


• Previous leadership experience


• Full-time availability, including weekends


• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
