Description
DUTIES:
Implement, test, and develop both internally developed and third party programs, databases, and business applications throughout all facets of the company. Develop methods for integrating different products and programs so that they work properly together, customizing to fit specific needs. Utilize knowledge of gaps and capabilities of applications, including product roadmap for future releases and enhancements. Develop standards and guidelines to guide use and acquisition of software. Analyze and define scope of work and solutions. Develop and test the product with stakeholders and their team members. Track and review project tasks to ensure deadlines are appropriately met. Communicate project status, issues and risks to management and stakeholders. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g. Retrospective, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Refining) ensuring full team engagement. Develop and define the goals of the system. Ensure flow charts and diagrams describe logical operational steps of programs. Identify and implement application requirements by working with business leaders. Supporting short and long-term release planning to keep the work backlog healthy and ready for execution.

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or closely related field and seven years of experience in the job offered or seven years of experience in general Agile implementation in financial business process areas and/or on integrated platform technologies, including any experience with Kanban and Scrum methodologies, Agile Work Management (AWM) tools including set-up, planning and reporting, Rally, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
