Job Title: On Call Document Specialist

Job Summary:

Legal Solutions Field Office Document Specialists are team players working in a fast-paced service-based production environment, while maintaining quality and pace. 

Responsibilities


  • Digital print and assembly; copying and scanning of documents

  • Handling time sensitive and confidential materials

  • Maintaining logs and report documentation

  • Handling multiple tasks/jobs simultaneously

  • Participating in cross-functional training

  • Adherence to Workflow and Quality Procedures

  • Adherence to Safety Procedures

  • May be required to work additional hours beyond normal schedule to meet customer deadlines, which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays

  • Assist in other areas as required

Requirements


  • Ability to learn skills quickly

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Attention to detail

  • 3-5 years of experience with scanning and printing in Litigation Support environment

  • Basic computer skills; MS Office

  • Working knowledge of MFD/printing and binding equipment, scanning, processing, and printing software (IPRO, Kofax, Print Conductor)
