POSITION SUMMARY:
The Mental Health Professional-Licensed provides individual, family, and/or group therapy for clients to treat a broad array of behavioral health disorders, mental illness and co-occurring illnesses. The incumbent provides evidenced based and evidence-informed outpatient therapy and oversight of clinical services to children, youth, adults and their families with complex behavioral health needs. The incumbent educates patients about Behavioral Health issues, treatment, provides behavioral activation, monitors symptoms and response to medication and/or psychotherapy, including the use of structured instruments.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Master s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field
Licensed in the State of Washington; Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Current CPR Certification
