The Role
The Returns Specialist will be responsible for managing the material return process. From receipt of the material through the international surplus shipment.
Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following:
* Maintain, Update and Manage RMA Log Database
* Review, Inspect and process all RMA s and Swaps
* Process all DOA s to service and PTD (if deemed as DOA)
* Handle all Distributor Annual Returns
* Responsible for all movement, sales and tracking of material for returns warehouse
* Manage monthly Surplus Returns
* Report monthly cycle counts & yearly physical inventory
* Scrap or add material for Strategic Sourcing and CRS

* Highly organized self-starter
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Detailed and accurate
* SAP knowledge preferred
* Proficient in Excel
* Ability to collect data, establish facts and effectively resolve problems
* Excellent communication, interactive, and computer skills
* Proactive and outside the box thinker
