Sr. Program Manager - MSP needed for a Full-time, staff opportunity with Yoh in New York, NY

The Work You'll Be Doing:

* Manages the overall resource management including resolving performance and employee relations issues, handles terminations, exit interviews and coordinates the recognition programs. Understands and identifies situations where increased escalation to corporate HR is necessary.

* Management & oversight of vendor and client relationships and resolve issues as they arise.

* Works with Program Coordinators to ensure requisitions are filled in a timely manner with quality candidates. Identifies deficiencies with the recruiting process and works with outside suppliers if necessary.

* Supervises additional team members and holds them accountable to daily deliverable & program objectives. Trains new employees on processes and client management.

* Responsible for management and escalation of time keeping and billing issues.

* Manages and, when necessary, runs weekly/monthly and ad hoc reports for both the client and Yoh.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

* 5+ years of experience working in a Managed Services environment or HR

* A Bachelor's Degree

* Knowledge of HR best practices including, Federal & State employment laws, coaching employee performance, and handling employee relation issues

* Excellent customer service skills

* Strategic thinking capabilities, including the ability to come up with on the spot creative solutions

* Experience managing groups on-site and remotely

* Experience working with SAP and Microsoft Office

* Great attitude and team player

* Successful completion of background screening process.

The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:

* Ability to oversee operational deliverable, team management and P&L responsibilities

* Working knowledge of Fieldglass

* Strong relationship builder, providing white glove service

* Experience within a Media/Digital environment is required.

Must be able to perform the following physical and mental tasks:

* Visual Acuity, balancing, stooping, reaching, walking, manual dexterity, grasping, feeling, hearing, talking.

* Capacity to think, concentrate and focus for long periods of time.

* Ability to read complex documents in the English language

* Capacity to reason and make sound decisions.

* Ability to write complex documents in the English language

* Capacity to express thoughts orally
