Job Description:

Vice President, Enterprise Sales - Total Talent Solutions needed for a Full Time - Staff Opportunity, can be remote based.

The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:

* Outsourced Talent & Workforce Solutions business development experience (MSP, RPO, Services Procurement management, Total Talent programs)

* Strong consultative background

* Knowledge of innovative talent solutions & emerging technologies - Direct Sourcing, Contingent RPO, Talent Pool management, advisory & consulting services, etc.

* Track record of carrying challenging sales quotas and meeting and exceeding annual goals

What You'll Be Doing:

* Drive growth by identifying areas of strategic opportunity and effectively executing our go-to-market total talent solutions sales strategy

* Responsible for all aspects of sales process from prospecting through executed contract to include monthly reporting on sales forecast, pipeline, and sales activity capture within CRM while maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency

* Perform lead generation activities to prospects and customers to qualify opportunities and sell DZConneX total talent services

* Deliver in-person and on-line presentations demonstrating the company's capabilities, credibility, and value proposition

* Develop and execute the strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to grow the customer base

* Work with proposal management team and partners to develop best positioning for proposal responses and presentations

* Gain closure on deals, and negotiate contractual terms

* Cultivate a deep knowledge of workforce solutions/talent acquisition industry, understanding the trends and activities affecting organizations, and disseminating and utilizing this knowledge within the organization and with potential customers

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

* 10+ years outside professional services sales experience

* Success in selling large scale Talent & Workforce Solutions engagements (MSP, RPO, Services Procurement/SOW Management, etc)

* Proven track record building relationships with executives to sell large scale strategic services

* Ability to execute and manage various sales channel strategies for leads and networking

* Demonstrated ability in problem solving, strong prioritization skills

* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

* Bachelor's Degree

* Capacity to think, concentrate and focus for long periods of time.

* Ability to read complex documents in the English language.
