Job Description:

OVERVIEW:

The Sr. Client Support Specialist is an important outward facing position that delivers exceptional client support that underpins ongoing relationship between SOC and its client. The incumbent will be at the forefront of customer relations and a representative of the company for a variety of continuous contractual deliverables. He/she will also act as a liaison between the client and the Program Management Office [PMO] to identify opportunities for improving service delivery and ensuring continued customer satisfaction. Other areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to collection and handling of travel documents issued for all incoming and outgoing personnel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Responsible for the processing and documentation (within PIRS) of all passport and visa applications in relation to the contractor's on-boarding and continual lifecycle on the program. Manages the applications for the entire life-cycle and provides weekly updates to PMO. Regularly interacts with the client by preparing, inspecting and hand-delivering contract-related performance/status reports, deliverables, and pertinent documentation.

* Acts as a liaison between the client and the PMO on issues and inquiries related to contractors passports, visas, ID cards and all appointments. Arranges contractors' transportation to client appointments and facilities.

* Serves as the \\"voice\\" to the client on the PMO's deliverables and performance. Partners with the Quality Assurance/Control functions and Program Leadership/Task Order Managers to identify, document, and act upon opportunities for improving service delivery and ensuring continued customer satisfaction. Conducts quality assurance checks for pertinent documents to ensure continuity. Responsible for updating files within PIRS as necessary.

* Responsible for collection and handling of travel documents issued for all incoming and outgoing personnel. Ensures operational continuity and compliance to the contract requirements (might include evenings, weekends and holidays).

* Administers the onboarding and SC agreement renewals that includes all the Sub-Contractor (SC) personnel records within PIRS as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Ability to work independently in a changing, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; must be able to accept new challenges and continually strive for improvement.

* Demonstrated mastery of priority setting, multi-tasking and time management.

* Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders; must possess strong interpersonal skills.

* High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and competence in the use of various enterprise management systems.

* Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.

* Associate's Degree or 4 years' equivalent experience

* Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a similar role.

* Valid Driver's License in good standing

* Minimum Secret Clearance with TS upgrade potential, prefer Top Secret clearance
