Job Description:

UST Global is looking for mid-level Jira System Administrator. This person will be supporting IT remotely during PST hours. They will be working directly with IT team to address all errors/issues related to a recent previously completed Jira rollout. Candidate will need to be proficient in supporting Jira Software, Jira Service Desk (ideally familiar with Jira Cloud, Jira Data Center)

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Troubleshoot issues, communicate with process owners and continue to improve support processes

* Document all resolutions related to Jira

* Performs hands-on Jira Project development

* Experience in the medical device industry a plus

* Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate careful decision-making skills.
