Overview:

Performs as an Operations Manager in the vEngagement program Mercy Virtual and in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and Mercy rules, regulations, policies and procedures, and performs all duties assigned by Vice President, in the Emergency Medicine program, concerning operations. Responsible for the overall management of the Mercy virtual vEngagement program in accordance with Mercy Virtual mission, vision and strategy. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications:

Education: Undergraduate degree required and MBA or MHA preferred (will substitute experience for advanced degree).

Experience: 5 year minimum experience managing operation in clinic or equivalent healthcare setting.

Other skills & knowledge: Critical thinking and problem solving skills. Professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work in an expanding program. Must be able to manage large groups of people in an agile virtual care organization.
