Overview:
* A departmental leader who is responsible for leading their respective department in providing Mercy Signature Service.
* Manages the budget, generates policies/procedures, develops/implements performance improvement plans to drive lean processes and meet goals/objectives/KPI's.
* Supports the overall direction of Supply Chain.
* Efforts are focused on maximizing quality and service, while achieving standardization, cost containment and process performance.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or nursing
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years or OR Sterile Processing experience required. Leadership over a large group of people and knowledge/ exposure within Operating Room setting.
