NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Submarine Maintenance Advisor to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

* Provide Program Management, Engineering, Operational Analysis, Quality Assurance (QA), SUBSAFE Analysis, Configuration Management, and Logistics support to NAVSEA Program Offices for all classes of submarines. The contractor shall:

* Provide analysis of ILS related issues.

* Analyze stocking requirements and identify shortfalls for obsolete/non-supported equipment.

* Review, and develop changes to, maintenance documentation including class Maintenance Plans/Maintenance Standards (MPs/MSs) and Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRCs). Provide RCM backfit analysis support for new and updated KMRCs Conduct continuous review of, and propose changes (when required) to, all maintenance documentation including, PCs, MIPs, MRCs, MCRs, TFBRs, MPs/MSs, OIs, EDOIs, Casualty Procedures, and Overhaul Specifications.

Required Qualifications:

* 4 + years experience performing technical functions supporting Fleet Modernization efforts

* 3 + years client facing customer service

* 3-5 years of project / program management experience

* Undergraduate Degree

* Assocaite's degree and 4+ additional years of project / program mangement experience in lieu of a Bacherlor's

* 8+ additional years of project / program mangement experience in lieu of a degree

* Possess a DoD security clearance

* Secret clearance preferred
