Job Title: Global Brand Marketing Coordinator, HOKA ONE ONE

Reports to: Director, Global Brand Marketing

Location:  Goleta, California

The Role
The goal of this role is to support the overall global brand marketing operation and coordination for HOKA, with an emphasis on the creative asset management.

•    Organize, manage, distribute digital files including images, video, audio, and more.
•    Assist to consolidate reports, newsletters, marketing calendar updates and global sample orders.
•    Support brand events, conferences, and meetings
•    Support international markets by providing creative files and information that they need. 
•    Coordinate seasonal catalog production
•    Support POP and promo items’ logistics and operations

A strong candidate for this role is someone who is extremely organized and detail oriented, has a genuine interest in learning by doing, is an independent self-starter who will fearlessly lean into unfamiliar situations and retain information as it presents itself.

•    Ability to use independent judgment in performing all duties of the position.
•    Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. Work with team to prioritize tasks and focus on multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
