ST MARK\'S IS LOOKING FOR A REVENUE COMPLIANCE ANALYST TO JOIN THEIR TEAM!

REVENUE COMPLIANCE ANALYST

The Revenue Compliance Analyst will review claims data to analyze potential charge errors and communicate to stakeholders, as needed. Research payer standards and regulations including CMS and LCD/NCD coverage exceptions. Evaluate charge capture practices to ensure accuracy & completeness of charge capture and compliance with government and non-government payers rules and regulations. Follow up as appropriate when unusual items are noted and ensure problems are resolved and prevented in the future. Capture and post charges for Observations hours as well as Injection and Infusion services. Provide support to CFO for one-off payer agreements. Complete root cause analysis on denied claims, participate in DMAT team and provide overall support to facility DMAT process. Other job duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

* 2 year degree or equivalent experience

EXPERIENCE:

* At least 5 years of Revenue Cycler Operation experience.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

*

Prefer specific experience in root cause analysis of denied claims. Solid understand of the rules and regulations associated with the charge capture of observation and injection/infusion services.
