Senior Director, Tax

Get Inspired by the Work You'll Do
Coordinate and document various international tax planning, strategies, structuring cash repatriation activities
Manage global transfer pricing activities
Manage worldwide intercompany activities from tax perspective and assist corporate treasury on various intercompany lending matters
Manage various international tax compliances, audits and interface with tax or other regulatory authorities
Provide tax counseling on various contracts
Research, review and draft tax technical memo and make appropriate recommendations for various income tax related matters
Coordinate with legal on formation of legal entities structure
Assist with tax related analysis/matters to finance and operations management
Assist with M&A and integration activities
Perform special projects as needed

Be Inspired In Your Career.

Your passion is sparked by:
Master's Degree in Taxation with a minimum of 8 - 10 years of related experience in global taxations with a multinational company; CPA highly desired
Current knowledge and experience with various accounting standards, principles and pronouncements related with tax
A minimum of 5 - 6 years of audit experience with a large public accounting firm preferred
