Overview:

Quantum Research International, Inc. (Quantum) is a certified DoD Contractor providing services and products to US/Allied governments and industry in the following main areas: (1) Cyber Security/Intelligence Programs Support; (2) Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR); (3) Space Operations and Control; (4); Warfighter Support and Logistics; (5) Weapon System Analysis; (6) Acquisition Support; (7); Test and Evaluation; and (8) Audio/Visual Technology Applications. Responsibilities:

Position supports U.S. Government Assistant Program Executive Office for International (APEO-I) as Graphics / Multimedia /Presentations Specialist. Responsible for creating briefings, graphics, audio, video, and other forms of media in support of the APEO-I Information Program and Strategic Communications Plan. Works directly with the APEO-I and his Staff in support of APEO-I missions. Provides support to four subordinate Directors as required. Facilitate dialogue with presentations and other designed materials, and produces a high quality work both autonomously and collectively in a dynamic environment. Coordinate among the various Directors and other PMOs (as necessary) within the PEO MS, as well as other agencies and stakeholders. Daily interface with civilian, military, and contract personnel in a team environment. Will perform other tasks as assigned.

Duties include:

- Responsible for all aspects of graphic, presentations, and multimedia development, to include production, quality control, review, revision, and archiving.

- Responsible for configuration control of presentations and the update of relevant / current information.

- Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of events, meetings, and ceremonies. Provide audio/visual support to meetings, events, and ceremonies.

- Take and edit video / pictures for presentations and assists writing articles, and developing strategic messaging materials.

- Collaborates with IT Data Resource Administrator on Project Office website andSharePoint site, and the APEO-I home page.

- Creates content, graphics, and provides input to articles, logos, images, and video for posting.

- Responsible for Internal information system by creating graphics, audio, and video content to present to the workforce.

- Operates computer hardware and software to prepare, revise, print, and store text, briefings, illustrations, graphs, charts, video, audio, etc.

- Operates equipment, such as still and video cameras, public address systems, laminators, plotters, and binding machines.

- Responsible for designing and assemble plaques, pictures, and other projects

- Formulates concept and renders illustration and detail from models, sketches, memory, written or verbal instructions, and imagination.

- Determines style, technique, and medium best suited to produce desired effects and conform to reproduction requirements, or follows specific instructions regarding these variables.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree Minimum of 4 years of closely related work experience.

- Active DoD Security clearance required

- Must have expert working knowledge of the following programs: MS PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere

- Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of creating briefings, strategic messaging, archiving, and graphics across a varied suite of software.
