LMI is seeking a Management Analyst 1 with a background in Medical Operations to join our team.

Responsibilities

Apply knowledge of health systems' operations and performance to solve public health, medical and/or healthcare system challenges.
- Leverage education/ experience with and subject matter expertise in operational medicine policies to advise on solutions for program excellence, quality, and safety, applying to a spectrum of operational environments across the Department.
- Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Work on complex problems and provide solutions that are highly creative.

Qualifications

BA/BS Required.
- More than 2 years of experience.
- Operational Medicine, Paramedic/EMT, and/or local public health experience preferred.
- Understanding of Law Enforcement-Public Health communities, practices and interfaces is ideal.
- Secret clearance required.
- Candidates must be able to pass a DHS Suitability Check.
