The Branch Service Manager is responsible for day-to-day transactions and operations at an assigned Business and Consumer Bank Branch or Branches. The Branch Service Manager is responsible for bringing in sales, guiding, directing, and supervising branch staff, ensuring the delivery of high quality customer service, and enforcing security and safety in accordance with Bank policies and procedures. The Branch Service Manager is responsible for achieving established individual and assigned staff sales and service goals through new business development, referrals, and retention of account relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise and oversee the operations of the Branch including sales, deposits, withdrawals, payments, credits, customer service, and assigned staff management.

Responsible for the overall operational integrity of their office providing support for all operational functions with full adherence to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure a satisfactory operation environment.

Recruit superior people, manage and out manage where appropriate, and though coaching, mentoring, training develop the abilities of others on your team.

Ensure that operational controls are in place being mindful of risk management.

Ensure that negotiable instruments and cash are accounted for by following proper security policies and procedures.

Train, coach and motivate branch staff on selling and closing techniques.

Support and implement strategies and campaigns for business development within Branch.

Engage in outbound sales calls and oversee the outbound sales call activities of branch staff.

Maintains an updated knowledge of the bank's products and services and proved training to ensure that their staff is up to date as well.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking industry

-

Minimum 3 years of management experience

-

Cash handling experience required
