Job Description
- Serve as project coordinator and/or assist project manager on state and federal research grants
- Support development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of project plans and timelines
- Serve as our local point-of-contact to lead investigators, health agency partners, study participants, and other stakeholders
- Establish and organize project materials, including but not limited to, program binders, project specific source documentation, and other materials.
- Track, document, and report on project progress
- Assist with problem identification and implementation of solutions
- Coordinate the development of data collection tools, study procedures, and program development
- Coordinate the development of consent forms and IRB applications
- Support participant recruitment and data collection efforts
- Perform data collection as applicable, including phone interviews, surveys, and focus groups
- Coordinate dissemination products for projects
- Follow policies and procedures related to research/program quality and data management
- Draft team policies and procedures as needed, including documentation of team operational structures, platforms and escalation paths for day-to-day work
- Track and monitor team products including, manuscripts and presentations

- Demonstrated record of reliable attendance, punctuality, and proven successful performance
Required Experience
- 3+ years of research, evaluation, or project/program coordination in an academic, community, or government setting
- Experience in coordinating, managing, or leading projects in collaboration with academic institutions, community stakeholders, or government agencies.
- Experience with project coordination required; experience with research or evaluation preferred
- BA / BS in a relevant field (equivalent combination of work experience and education may be substituted).
