Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to join our fast-paced team in the Digital Biology Group at Bio-Rad Laboratories, where we're changing the world by pushing the boundaries of research and diagnostics with sample partitioning technologies.

The position can be based in Ann Arbor, MI or Pleasanton, CA.Responsibilities

- Define and bring to market new expression-related products in the area of single-cell NGS sample prep for the research markets in line with the group's overall business strategy.

- Lead the execution of product management - representing the customer in development teams and communicating the product vision to ensure they are specified, developed, positioned and promoted correctly.

- Align market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by direct interactions with KOLs and customers.

- Collaborate globally with commercial teams on voice of the customer inputs, competitive intelligence, and market trends to build robust marketing plans for single cell library prep product portfolios.

- Contribute to the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, highlighting the products at tradeshows and conferences, and executing an outbound marketing presence to deliver on the group's sales and revenue goals.

- Responsible for developing global content for sales and support collateral for products in the portfolio, as well as content for web, media, etc.
Qualifications

- BS/BA in Life Sciences required; MS, MBA or PhD highly desired.

- Must have a strong background in genomics and next-generation sequencing applications.

- 3+ years of relevant experience in product management or marketing role with focus on developing, managing or positioning of single-cell sequencing products into the research market segment. Knowledge of oncology and clinical trials is a plus.

- Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills are essential.

- Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

- This full-time role requires ~25% travel.
