The Human Resources Manager performs management-level strategic Human Resources related duties for the assigned corporate functions of First Solar. In addition, will have multi-site responsibility for US wide projects and implementation. Ensures all human resources functions and activities run effectively and efficiently and in accordance with First Solar's Code of Conduct, Behaviors & Core Values. Carries out responsibilities across the HR generalist spectrum, including the following functional areas: recruiting, employee relations, transaction preparation & processing, process and procedure development and interpretation, benefits, training & communication. Oversees’ and directs the work of reporting HR staff and encourages the development of the HR staff.
