Royal Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate Vice President Business Lending Regional Manager to join our team!

Description:

The VP-Business Lending Regional Manager is responsible for leading designated VP Business Loan Officers to achieve Royal's objectives, strategic goals and initiatives and execution of Royal’s business lending plan for assigned region.  Along with the VP Business Loan Officers share responsibility for assigned region business portfolio growth and quality. Responsibilities include developing new business relationships and represent Royal in the communities we serve in leadership roles as appropriate.   

Required Skills:

If you are someone who is passionate about leadership, has a strong sense of ownership, and a positive attitude, this role may be for you!  A minimum of five years of business lending experience, two years of leadership, and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or related work experience and the ability to communicate and live RCU's core purpose and values are required.

 Preferred Skills:

 • Supervisory experience 

 • Experience analyzing business trends, existing performance indicators to prepare business plans and target growth goals. 

Work Schedule and Office Location:

This is a full-time, exempt level position generally working Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM with additional hours as needed.  This position will be based out of our Chippewa Valley Market.
