Job Description

Lead, develop and improve all Manufacturing Operations through employee development, effective workflow direction and ensuring that work standards are communicated and met. Actively participate, lead and achieve effective teamwork of key personnel in meeting efficiency, productivity, manufacturability, continuous improvement and safety goals.

Qualifications:

·         Experience in a leadership role in manufacturing and high mechanical aptitude required.

·         Experience in aerospace/fastener/metals manufacturing industries, with strong knowledge of all fastener materials preferred.

·         Intimate knowledge of Manufacturing, Production Control, and Operations.

·         Intermediate to advanced level of ERP and Microsoft Suite skills, especially in Excel.

·         Excellent interpersonal skills including listening, speaking and writing, with ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner. 

·         Positive can-do orientation. 

·         Able to deal effectively with broad range of personalities.

·         Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities in a fast pace environment.

·         Demonstrated project/team management capabilities that can meet aggressive deadlines.

·         Strong facilitation skills, conflict resolution, change leadership, coaching, mentoring, and project management skills.

·         Interacts well and with a high degree of urgency to customers, and at all levels within the organization, as well as across organizations.

·         Ability to work with ambiguity and handling complexity.

·         Bilingual English-Spanish preferred, to effectively communicate with work force

·         Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs

·         Ability to walk and stand 100% of shift

·         Ability to work more than 40 hours if needed, including weekends if needed
