Working as a Family Support Advocate (Bilingual Spanish - Required) at Acelero Learning gives you the opportunity to provide individualized, instensive support to the most vulnerable families in our Head Start Program. You will establish and maintain relationships with the community providers to provide the resources counseling treatment or other interventions needed to assist them to stabalize their circumstances and enhance their overall well-being.

To be successful and to thrive in this role, you should have previous experience working with vulnerable families, along with the ability to:

• Engage families as partners in their children's healthy development and school readiness.
• Provides targeted support to our programs most vulnerable families.
• Work with Head Start Services team members and outside community providers to develop seamless systems of communication and coordinated care for vunerable families.
• Effectively manage workload and ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation

This position is required to work onsite to meet the needs of our organization and the community we serve. Hours are 8:00 am - 4:00pm.

All you need now is the passion for achieving positive child and family outcomes through high-quality family engagement together with an Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Family Services, Counseling, or a related field, Bachelor's Degree preferred , familiarity with assessment strategies for high risk behaviors, MUST be Bilingual - Spanish language; and an eagerness to adopt our values: Embracing Diversity, Teamwork & Community, Data-Informed Learning, Open Communication, and Follow-Through .
