In this key role, you will ensure the continuous operation of our computer network, wireless network services, data center, servers and security. This includes support, installation and configuration of all network hardware, software, and communication links.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco switches, ASAs, site-to-site VPNs and Meraki firewalls.
• Assist with server, NAS Hardware and Software, and VMware environment.
• Research network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.
• Manage servers, including e-mail, print, and backup servers and their associated operating systems and software.
• Manage security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems.
• Ensure network connectivity of all workstations.
• Administer all equipment, hardware and software upgrades.
• Support network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.
• Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Perform server and security audits.
• Perform system backups and recovery.
• Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science (preferred)
• Current certifications in MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, CCDA, A+ or comparable are desirable

• Working knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including Windows 10, Linux, MS Server 2016/2019
• Experience supporting POS systems (preferred)
• Hardware troubleshooting (preferred)
