JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT

The Facilities Construction Project Senior Supervisor will coordinate constructing a new soybean processing facility, or an addition, expansion or extension of an existing facility. We seek an experienced professional with the interpersonal skills to coordinate project team, construction site workers and managers to complete construction on a timely basis and within budget.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.

  Develop departmental plans, including business, production, operational and organizational priorities.

  
  


• 
  

  Organize and direct construction personnel.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop assignments, timetables and responsibilities for team members for the project.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate construction projects such as developing a new facility.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

  
  


• 
  

  Other duties as assigned

  
  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum of four years of related work experience in industrial construction

  
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 
  

  Two years of supervisory experience

  
  



• Experience in a soy processing facility
