Waste Connections is looking to hire a Local Garbage Truck Driver at our site in Palestine, TX. The position will be responsible for driving a Garbage Truck on specified routes to collect solid waste and transport it to appropriate disposal sites. This is a physical job working outside in all weather conditions.

Monday-Friday 5-6 am start time typically working a 52-60 hour work week. This position pays $17 an hour. Because of all the OT you will $55,000+ your first year plus we offer family benefits, 401k, vacation and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. In the future you will have the opportunity to compete for our Roll Off and Front Load jobs that do pay more.

Job Requirements :

• Class A or B CDL


• Clean Driving Record
