Business Process Analyst at BerganKDV, LTD in Coralville, Iowa

Job Description:

BerganKDV is currently looking for a Full-Time Business Process Analyst to join their growing HCM team!
The Business Process Analyst's role is to support the identification and mapping of current business processes and procedures as well as act as a conduit between the business areas of the HCM department to create streamlined approaches on end-to-end processes. The optimal candidate will need analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent verbal and written skills.


Other aspects of the position include meeting facilitation, gathering and analyzing data, sharing improvements with the team, and assisting in planning and executing process improvement projects for the overall strategy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Collaborate with internal customers to define and document processes and procedures
Gain understanding of the daily process outputs, analyze gaps and create solutions
Identify key performance indicators and develop sustainable performance measuring tools
Determine key strategic opportunities that reduce cost, improve overall productivity within the business as well as the overall client experience
Provide guidance to the HCM business leaders to gain support and adoption of business process improvement initiatives including communication and education on improvements and changes.
Based on improvements made, coordinate internal trainings for the HCM teams; as well as conduct trainings as needed
Work with external vendors to ensure they are communicating their system enhancements to the HCM department with thorough and timely information
Cultivate strong working relationships with business partners in key support functions including Sales, IT, Internal Finance, and HR with the goal of promoting synergies across business lines to complete process improvement work
