In this position, you will **serve as a trusted advisor to clients** and **grow your insurance career with an employer of choice.** As an Agent/Customer Service Representative, you will work with a wide variety of clients as you review their accounts and help them understand their insurance coverages. To be a good fit for the position, you will have:
- 3 years of insurance experience and with the ability to learn.
- An active property & casualty insurance license in VT. If out of State license, then employer will pay to get it transferred.
- The ability to work with and adapt to a wide range of insurance service duties.
- Experience in an automated office environment is highly preferred.
- if not insurance experience, then must have 10 years of similar type office experience.

- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, deadlines, and technology.

Job Type: Full-time and you must work inside Derby, VT office. As longs as it is allowed by CDC/State for purposes of COVID safety.
