Job Description:
A Production Leader is an experienced landscaper working with minimal supervision. They manage and direct the activities of one or more team member at a job site. Prioritizes projects, assigns work tasks to crew members at the job site.
Monitors work quality and work schedules. Responsible for procurement of materials and maintaining written and electronic records of projects. They are able to operate a variety of landscape equipment and have complete working knowledge of horticulture practices. Ensures crew safety and provides training to crew members. A licensed driver with three or more years of experience in landscape maintenance and landscape construction

This position will also perform all other duties as assigned.
