AS THE IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST, YOU WILL ACT AS THE TRUSTED ADVISOR FOR OUR BACK-UP CARE FAMILY SOLUTIONS CLIENTS AND WILL PROVIDE SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE, IMPLEMENTATION GUIDANCE, AND BEST PRACTICES FOR DEPLOYING BACK-UP CARE FAMILY SOLUTIONS TO OUR CLIENTS. THE IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST WILL BE A MEMBER OF THE IMPLEMENTATIONS TEAM THAT WILL WORK WITH OTHER TEAM MEMBERS AND COLLABORATE ACROSS MULTIPLE DEPARTMENTS TO DELIVER HIGH-QUALITY SOLUTIONS AND OUTCOMES FOR OUR CLIENTS.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

BE THE SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT ON SYSTEM CAPABILITIES, RECOMMENDED PRACTICES, AND POLICIES FOR HOW TO BEST IMPLEMENT BACK-UP CARE FAMILY SOLUTIONS FOR OUR CLIENTS.

PROVIDE SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE TO ASSIST WITH REQUIREMENTS DEFINITION, DOCUMENTATION OF BACK-UP CARE FAMILY SOLUTIONS PROGRAM DETAILS, TRAINING, SYSTEM CONFIGURATION, TESTING, AND ROLLOUT SUPPORT OF THE BACK-UP CARE FAMILY SOLUTIONS FOR OUR CLIENT IMPLEMENTATIONS.

COLLABORATE ACROSS MULTIPLE TEAMS TO ENSURE THAT FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL DELIVERABLES ARE DEFINED WELL AND DELIVERED SUCCESSFULLY IN SUPPORT OF CLIENT LAUNCHES AND POST-LAUNCH TRANSITIONS.

UNDERSTAND AND TRACK INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE METRICS TO STAY ON TARGET FOR EACH CLIENT LAUNCH.

ENSURE THAT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ARTIFACTS AND LESSONS LEARNED ARE ARCHIVED ACCURATELY TO ALLOW FOR INTERNAL KNOWLEDGE SHARING AND INVESTMENT INTO THE KNOWLEDGE BASE.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

BACHELOR S DEGREE OR COMPARABLE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

EXTERNAL/INTERNAL IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT BACKGROUND (SOFTWARE OR CONSULTING SERVICES)

*

A MINIMUM OF 3 - 5 YEARS RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE

*

STRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS AND CRITICAL THINKING TO ANALYZE PROBLEMS, DOCUMENT NEEDS AND COMMUNICATE THESE NEEDS TO A VARIETY OF AUDIENCES

*

A PROVEN ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS IN A VARIETY OF FUNCTIONAL AREAS AND THE FLEXIBILITY TO ADAPT TO NEW AND CHANGING INFORMATION

ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY (WRITTEN AND VERBAL) AND BE CAPABLE OF DELIVERING A PRESENTATION

ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE AND MANAGE COMPETING PRIORITIES AND THRIVE IN A FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT
