What You'll Do

The Food and Nutrition Supervisor is responsible for providing continuous quality improvement and assistance to the department manager in daily operations.

The successful candidate will be able to:

* Create and manage employee schedules

* Ensure accurate employee time tracking in Kronos

* Conduct performance appraisals and employee counseling

* Make area job assignments for Food and Nutrition staff

* Maintain accurate temperature logs

* Enforce all HMC and FNS policies including attendance, dress code, electronic devices, etc.

What You'll Bring

* Tulsa City County food handler's permit

* Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred

* Good interpersonal, communication, team-work, and customer service skills

* Strong organizational, problem-solving and follow-through skills

* Ability to multi-task constantly, react to changes quickly/productively, and tolerate interruptions

* Ability to perform work when no directions are given

* Demonstrate maturity and accountability
