What You'll Do

The Guest Relations Team Lead is responsible for working all functions related to the Concierge job and actively overseeing day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will be able to:

* Perform the functions of the Concierge position, including engaging with guests and staff, providing concise and accurate directions, and handle customer interactions in a professional and respectful manner

* Maintain and update informational materials used by the Concierge

* Enforce department and company policies and procedures

* Identify areas for improvement and growth related to call handling and face-to-face customer interactions

* Provide positive feedback and coaching to all Concierge team members

* Work directly with the manager to coordinate scheduling, staffing, time off requests, and daily timekeeping

* Contribute to and participate in employee evaluations

* Represent the manager in appropriate meetings and committees when necessary

* High school diploma or GED required

* Must have a passion for excellence

* Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Professionalism displayed through sound judgement, initiative, and flexibility

* Good interpersonal, communication, team-work, and customer service skills

* Strong organizational, problem-solving and follow-through skills

* Ability to multi-task constantly, react to changes quickly/productively, and tolerate interruptions

* Ability to perform work when no directions are given, and give directions to others

* Remain flexible, organized, professional and able to analyze, make sound decisions under stressful situations

* Demonstrate maturity and accountability
