- Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Prepare journal entries, monthly financial statements and monthly reconciliations.

- Oversees Accounts Payable, Payroll, Billing, Accounts Receivable, monthly accounting and financial statements for IT Division

- Participate in annual budget process, prepare monthly budget reports, perform variance analysis, resolve discrepancies

- Perform analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters

- Conducts periodic review and audits of purchase orders

- Compliance with company policies and procedures

- Ability to work comfortably in a team environment, multi-task, and support concurrent requirements for different internal and external customers

- Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and Word

- Minimum 3 years of experience working with QuickBooks

- Audit customer agreements/monthly billings/sales tax

- Prepare sales tax returns

- Run agreement profitability reports

- Experience with ConnectWise ERP a big plus

Experience/Education Required:
Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance plus 5 years professional level accounting experience
