TITLE: JUNIOR PEOPLE EXPERIENCE (HR) BUSINESS PARTNER

LOCATION: WESTMINSTER, COLORADO

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Trimble is seeking a Junior People eXperience (HR) Business Partner in our Westminster, Colorado location. This will be a hybrid role that includes both tactical and strategic support for a global employee base. The Junior Business Partner is responsible for performing HR related duties on a professional level and works closely with other Business Partners to support and develop key strategic HR initiatives. This position has responsibilities in the following functional areas: onboarding and exits, talent related reporting and tracking, program management of HR initiatives, employee relations, and performance management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*

Provides first tier HR support and recommendations for a variety of employee activities including employee onboarding, employee exits, internal employee programs, policies, and pay related topics.
*

Participate in the creation and development of HR objectives, including metrics and standard reports for ongoing talent requirements to inform business decisions.
*

Partners with and advises managers in processes such as, performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, compensation, etc.
*

Serves as a resource for employees in the resolution of employment-related issues.
*

Supports managers and employees with general daily HR guidance.
*

Collaborates effectively with local and regional People eXperience (HR) team members.
*

Partners with Global Mobility Manager and HR Partners to act as the liaison for relocations and work permit processes.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

*

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
*

3+ years of HR Business Partner experience or related functions.
*

General understanding of HR policies and procedures, previous global experience preferred.
*

Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships at all organizational levels.
*

Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
*

Excellent time management and organizational skills.
*

Effective written and oral skills.
*

Project management and problem solving skills.
*

Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
*

Demonstrates strong initiative, follow-through and sense of urgency.

Ability to research and analyze data.

Experience with Google and MS Office products.
*

General knowledge and understanding of HRIS systems software (i.e. Workday).
