Job Description:

Job Summary:
The Security Officer I ensures security for the hospital and provides protection and safety to employees, patients and visitors. They also provide security to protect the physical facility, equipment, supplies and medications as well as control traffic around, in and out of institution and make scheduled rounds and lock doors. To provide excellent customer service by providing security and safety to patients, visitors, and staff of BSA properties.

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Private Security License with Texas Dept. of Public Safety.
Must obtain a valid driver's license
For insurance purposes, must have a clean driving record & be at least 21 years of age

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Good physical condition
Good communication & customer service skills required
