Senior Developer- .NET is responsible to create user information solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining .NET based components and interfaces. As part of our technology team, you will work closely with marketing & other business teams along with internal IT teams to design, develop, customize and maintain solutions. We currently are looking to add a developer to our growing team in order to continue building out our frameworks and to implement new features both on the front and back end, within our Portal product architecture. The successful candidate will also be able to mentor other developers and ensure that our solutions are scalable, repeatable, consistent, effective, and current. We currently use Sitecore for our content management system to solve problems for our content authors. Experience with Sitecore CMS, or other equivalent Content Management system, is preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required. 7 years relevant experience may be substituted for degree.
- A minimum of seven (7) years employment experience is required.
- A minimum of five (5) years' experience of developing, implementing and supporting enterprise level solutions is required.
- Previous mentoring experience is required.
- Must have experience with technical design and development of efforts across domains.
- Must have experience with web technologies, web services, mobile services and SOA.
- SaaS implementation experience preferred.
- Minimum seven (7) years hands-on technical experience in multiple of the following technologies:
- C#, Facets, CAE, XML, Oracle, SQL Server, Visual Studio, ASP.Net, HTML, Javascript, Sitecore, ETL, Apex, Java, PL/SQL
- Requires strong technical design skills including UML.
- Superior demonstrable problem solving skills is required.
- Experience with business rules engines and business process automation a plus.
- Experience with Rational Software Architect a plus.
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle required.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision is required.
- Ability to independently define problems and develop solutions is required.
- Adaptability to changing work priorities and a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written, with technical and non-technical peers.
- Ability to maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with people both internally and externally as it relates to the operations and business of CDPHP.
- Can work independently and maintain confidentiality at all times.
