Inside Sales Representatives in the Physician and Leadership Solutions division of AMN Healthcare are responsible for end-to-end selling of interim and retained search services to healthcare organizations. The role is responsible for performance against quarterly sales targets and works closely with Regional Vice Presidents and Regional Directors on sales strategy development and execution.

Successful team members in this role have:
- Strong \\"hunter\\" approach to sales with ability to develop sales plan for region and execute the plan on daily basis
- Consultative sales approach that supports relationship development based on trusted advisor status
- Experience and comfort with making cold calls and executing digital outreach strategies that stay \\"top-of-mind\\" with prospects and clients

Job Tasks:
- Sells physician retained search services within an 8-12 state region
- Target prospecting and sales development activity within healthcare organizations, including but not limited to acute care hospitals, physician groups, community clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, nursing facilities, home care organizations
- Key contacts include C-suite, VP, and Director-level leaders as well as Board Members and Department Chairs
- End-to-end selling role that is responsible for regional plan development and execution of the plan through prospecting, lead development, pipeline generation, negotiation, and obtaining contract signature.

Internal Customers & Partners
- Role is a participating member to the overall bookings target of geographic sales region assigned. Therefore, role works frequently with regional sales leadership.
- Role collaborates closely with Search Leader partners in organization to ensure smooth transition of new opportunities while continuing to nurture the client relationship.

External Customers
- Sales targets include leadership positions at small-sized acute care hospitals with decision makers in HR leadership, CNO, COO and CEO roles.
- Additional sales targets include leadership positions at medium-sized acute care hospitals with decision makers in Nursing Director and Manager-level roles.
Systems
- SalesForce
- Extensive utilization of prospecting tools, including LinkedIn and Definitive Healthcare

Education, Certifications & Experience
Minimum Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Experience
- 2-3 years of client experience, preferably sales but could include account management, customer service, etc.
- Experience working in a production/goal/incentive environment
- Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
