Commercial Loan Operations Associate - Melville, Long Island
In this position, you will provide support to all bank lending units by administering to all commercial loan transactions for our clients.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Accurately data enter a high volume of new loan bookings, payments and advances to loan operating system.
- Documentation review of various types of commercial loans
- Performs risk rating changes, line of credit advances, other related duties
- Process data entry of loan account maintenance (client information, address, client records)
- Process entries to general ledger and create general ledger tickets.
- Maintain and data enter account information in collateral tracking tickler.
- Prepare and maintain various daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Prepare various collateral reports.
- Process escrow disbursements in Loan Operating System.
- Process outgoing wire Transfers
- Process Flood Determinations via Third Party vendor
- Interacts with Lenders, Private Client Groups, Lending Operations staff
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 2 years' experience in commercial loan processing and lending operations
- Experience with ACBS loan originating system is strongly preferred
- Experience with Ncino loan system is highly preferred
- Fundamental knowledge of all CRE and C&I lending
- Experience with Libor and Syndication loans
- Ability to work in a digital environment and meet deadlines within budgeted time
