The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial integrity and contractual obligations of IDEMIA NORAM Operations organization along with serving as a business partner with line leadership to enable key process improvements and business growth initiatives. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for working closely with the Chief Operating Office and the Operations Leadership to provide financial insight and reporting on the performance of the organization. Ensures the Operations team fulfills all obligations in a timely and economic manner in accordance with the Company's policies and goals. This position will manage project accounting for the Operations team and the selected candidate will also provide reports for both internal and external audit requests.

The primary responsibilities of this position are to manage financial related matters of the business line from pre-contract to execution, forecast activity on a monthly basis and report actual performance. This position will interact on a regular basis with executive leaders of the organization.

Essential Job Functions (includes but is not limited to):

- Prepare analysis and commentary for monthly reporting packages and executive meetings and work with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure solid understanding of all financial aspects of the business.

- Prepare monthly cost and allocation forecasts and work with the Operations team to make sure we are driving the results. Manage risks and opportunities and drive accountability for the actions required to achieve results.

- Lead the annual planning/budgeting process.

- Review and approve expenses and other cost controls in accordance with IFRS.

- Collaborate across all areas of the business in order to improve efficiency and drive results; including but not limited to manufacturing, customer service, supply chain, real estate, procurement and quality. Work directly and regularly with the COO, CEO, CFO and other business unit Controllers.

- Support business initiatives by modeling financials outcomes, including but not limited to, capital investments and facilities scenarios.

Note: In addition to the Essential Functions, also performs similar work-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills

- Project accounting experience a plus but GL analytical skills required.

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Advanced Excel skills to include (Pivot Tables, Index/Match, H Lookup, V Lookup, Goal Seek, If function, Get Pivot Data)

- Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently.

- Understanding of metrics/KPIs and financial terms related to manufacturing environment.

- Excellent customer service attitude, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong PC skills including thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to make timely and sound decisions.


Required Experience

- BS/BA Degree - In accounting or finance Master Degree or CPA a plus

- 10 + years' of financial leadership experience within a P&L environment (manufacturing environment is a plus but will consider other experience)

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
