Harris Schools is looking for an HR/Customer Service Coordinator to join our team!
As the HR/Customer Service Coordinator you will check in and update the staff and management team with the various processes that are cycled thru the month.
You will be responsible for reaching out to clients to gather the missing items needed to complete the tasks at hand.
What your impact will be:
Prioritize daily tasks for the team and client;
Create and execute a plan of action to resolve client issues and get data results;
Acknowledge and respond to all customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner;
Manage and pull data reports from Team Support and Monday.com;
Assist with ensuring the HROS system has the proper documentation;
Assist clients with the process of pushing the data thru the HROS system;
Respond to clients with HR questions and processes;
Recommend new approaches and ideas for continual improvements in efficiencies and services;
Maintain a strong working relationship with our clients, staff and management.;
Performs all other duties as needed and assigned
What we are looking for:
Bachelors degree
Solid problem solving and decision making skills
Previous experience in a similar role
Able to multi task
Strong organizational , planning and time managements skills
