A project and implementation orientated role, ensuring global and regional projects are implemented to the highest technical standards, with a focus on integration of newly acquired companies. The individual will also be expected to provide technical support, regular maintenance and monitoring to the whole of C&W's global infrastructure with focus on AMER regional time zone, as well as being an escalation point from other teams regionally. The qualified candidate must be able to manage multiple workloads/projects, automate tasks and provide innovative solutions. Superior collaboration, customer service skills and flexibility are crucial. This individual will have a diversified background of technical infrastructure and cloud services experience, excellent vendor management skills and have a superior, service-oriented approach to IT
operations. Management includes coaching, resource assignment, directed queue management, incident ticket analysis in support of Cushman Wakefield end users and (TDS) organization objectives.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Able to technically lead major projects, making decisions, liaising with both project management and business line management
- Focus on project work, collaborating heavily with the Mergers and Acquisitions team, travelling to new acquisitions across AMER
- Able to identify existing systems within acquisitions and solution integration into the Cushman & Wakefield infrastructure
- Work with global teams and architects to implement and adhere to global standards
- Work with business leaders to implement new solutions
- Follow ITIL and Service Management Processes such as Incident, Problem and Change management processes
- Work with 3rd party suppliers to implement their products where relevant with C&W systems
- Ensure that Cushman and Wakefield's infrastructure performance, integrity, availability and security is never compromised
- Implementation of Microsoft Active Directory Services
- Implementation of Enterprise Storage Solutions including Nasuni/Azure cloud storage
- Ensure Acquisitions are protected within the Disaster Recovery environment.
- Support BAU Operations team in maintenance and problem solving
- Responsibilities may vary within the range of tasks and activities described, with specific objectives being set, documented and reviewed by the Operations Lead
- Experience with SharePoint, O365, Skype for Business and Teams.
- Experience with task automation and Windows scripting.
- Expert knowledge of VMWare / Hyper-V / Citrix Virtualization technology.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows 200x/Intel based server OS and hardware administration, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Solid background in TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting in a Microsoft Windows networking environment.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills.
- Applicants must be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks under specific deadlines, while working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ensure C&Ws infrastructure performance, integrity, availability and security is never compromised
- Create standards and architectural documentation with focus on transition to BAU Operations team including IT Service Desk

Experience:
Required:
- Expert at supporting, installing and modifying all version of Microsoft Windows server up to Windows 2016 and standard Microsoft applications
- Expert in Vmware including advanced components such as vSwitching, HA clustering and automation
- Expert in Active Directory Services including DHCP, DNS, ADSS, GPOs across a multi domain environment
- Extensive knowledge and experience of working with and supporting PC's/Laptops, networks and wide area communications across multiple sites and regions
- Demonstrable experience within a large enterprise, familiarity with IT frameworks such as ITIL. An understanding of the advantage for Change and Incident Management processes to the organization
- Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Thousand Eyes, Cisco Prime, UCS Manager, VSphere
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation technologies
- Knowledge of Azure, Amazon, Office 365, Nasuni and other cloud-based systems
- Knowledge of backup systems and technologies such as CommVault and cloud-based systems
- Experience with Mobile Device Management, Autopilot, SCCM
- A Strong degree of consultation type service and delivery of audit type findings to help facilitate a large program or project of work

Desirable:
- Knowledge of Cisco Unified Computing Systems
- Implementation\architectural experience in Windows Server, VMWare, Hyper-V, Cisco (LAN/WAN), Storage Area Network (SAN/NAS), Filesystems, Disaster Recovery, Application Recovery, database administration (SQL), Cloud Computing concepts, Grid computing concepts or Web\Database Farm concepts.
