Job Description
I. Job Summary | Major goals and objectives.
The Senior Marketing Manager executes and implements subscription marketing campaigns across multiple brands. This position analyzes financial performance for each campaign, evaluates marketing tests, monitors costs and develops recommendations for program improvement. In addition, the Senior Marketing Manager administers special projects and programs as assigned.

- Execute marketing programs, including but not limited to strategic planning, creative development, audience targeting, material ordering, lettershop interaction, fulfillment and analysis for identified brands.
- Monitor BMCS and CCAR programs for assigned titles.

- Prepare and analyze strategic reporting for retention campaigns, including creative and expire and effort tracking, monthly financials and ongoing overall program analysis by brand.
- Identify trends and make recommendations for improvements to identified brands.
- Responsible for following process guidelines, meeting due dates and efficient time management.

- Other marketing related duties as assigned
III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered.
Education:
BA/BS Business, Marketing; or equivalent training or experience
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in marketing role in web-based or interactive environment
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of direct marketing, promotion or production technologies.
Analytical aptitude and ability to make logical decisions.
Ability to coordinate large amounts of complex details.
Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good computer skills.
Good financial and statistical skills.
