Job Description:

Provide administrative and clerical support (including the preparation of correspondence, presentations and order processing) to the sales team. Provide customer quotes and coordinate sales information.

• Provide administrative support and assist sales teams as needed. Review product utilization reports and identify opportunities to improve customer service, additional product sales and increase profitability.
• Support and participate in the organization of district, regional and national sales meetings.
• Review account information regarding receipt, input and reporting of sales data.
• Identify and/or resolve issues on behalf of the sales team.
• Prepare correspondence and presentations as directed.
• Process orders and prepare basic level customer quotes.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Additional

• Basic skill level in Sales Menu and efficient use of the internet and e-mail.
• Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font style and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste and save functions, aligning text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a column, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check and/or printing worksheets).
• Basic level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: opening a document, cutting, pasting and aligning text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and column width, sorting, inserting bullets, pictures and dates, using find and replace, undo, spell check, track changes, review pane and/or print functions).

Relevant Work Experience

• Experience with customer service or sales support.
