JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for preparing, executing and submitting licensing application documentation for Medline branches to comply with state and federal requirements related to drug and device distribution.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare, complete and submit licensing application documentation to state and federal regulatory agencies.
• Investigate federal, state or local licensing requirements through review of laws and regulations or through direct contact with regulatory authorities/boards of pharmacy.
• In support of new business priorities and initiatives, research and understand the requirements for distributing regulated products.
• Interact with internal and external customers to support the proper licensing of Medline branches and manufacturing facilities.
• Maintain department databases, logs and files.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of data administration or project management experience.
