Job Summary:

The Wholesale Account Manager-Senior is responsible for the strategic sales and management of Wholesale customer accounts to meet or exceed wholesale sales objectives for fiber-based and coaxial- based services for Shentel Communications.

Qualification Requirements:

a. Education: BS/BA college degree (business, marketing, or related field) preferred. Equivalent industry experience will be considered.

b. Experience:

    i. Minimum of five (5) years in a Sales environment with an emphasis of experience managing Wholesale customers.

    ii. Experience interfacing with senior-level wholesale customer contacts and positioning complex solutions to meet customers' network and financial requirements.

c. Skills Summary:

    i. Strong business and interpersonal communication skills.

    ii. Self-motivated with the ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers and other Shentel

employees.

    iii. Proficient with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

    iv. Proficient with Salesforce.com; preferably experience with CPQ Tools.

d. Licenses or Certifications: Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.

e. Knowledge of: Word Processing (Word), Spreadsheets (Excel), CRM (Salesforce.com)
